This qualification covers 12 units, focusing on strategic leadership, team performance, operational planning, and business decision-making. Training can be delivered face to face in the workplace or in a traditional classroom environment. Students can also study within their own schedule using our online platform, or a combination of face-to-face and online training.
Fee for Service
Pay the full course fee directly with a manageable payment plan via Ezidebit. Other funding pathways may be available depending on your situation, we'll talk you through the options during your enrolment call.
Diploma of Leadership and Management
Same nationally recognised BSB50420 qualification, paid directly. Payment plans available via Ezidebit with a $1,500 deposit on enrolment.
Payment plan structure
We make paying for your course simple and manageable. Courses under $1,500 are paid upfront and in full at enrolment. Courses over $1,500 can be arranged with a $1,500 deposit on enrolment, followed by a simple payment plan via Ezidebit direct debit.

Senior leadership and management roles across industries. Common positions include Business Manager, Sales Manager, Financial Controller, Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Manager. The Diploma is also commonly used to formalise the leadership skills of people already in management who want a nationally recognised qualification to back their experience.
No formal entry requirements. The Diploma sits at the senior-management end of the BSB stream so most students arrive with either a Cert IV in Business or Leadership, or several years of supervisor or team-leader experience. You'll need access to a workplace context to apply the learning, ideally one where you're already leading a team or stepping into a leadership role during the course.
Fee for Service for the Diploma of Leadership and Management is $4,490 with a $1,500 deposit and Ezidebit payment plan. Other funding pathways may be available depending on your situation, talk to us during your enrolment call to find the right fit.
The standard duration is 12 months. Most students complete in that timeframe while working in industry. The pace is flexible, study faster if you can, take a bit longer if you need to. Just let your trainer know what fits your schedule.
Both. Our training is delivered nationally via our online platform, and we also deliver face-to-face in workplaces across Metro and SE QLD. Many students do a combination of online learning and in-person workplace assessment. The qualification is the same either way.
Both are AQF Diploma-level qualifications in the BSB stream, but they emphasise different things. Diploma of Business (BSB50120) is broader, covering operational planning, financials, business resources and risk alongside team and relationship management. Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) is more focused on the people-leadership side: critical thinking, emotional intelligence, communicating with influence, leading diverse teams, and team effectiveness. Choose Business if you're aiming at general management; choose Leadership and Management if your career is specifically about leading people.
The Diploma is recognised by many universities for credit toward a Bachelor of Business, Management, or related degree, though credit varies by provider. You can also continue laterally with the Diploma of Business (BSB50120) for broader operational depth. We'll talk through the options on your enrolment call.
