About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Australian Business & Hospitality Training (ABHT) website and to your dealings with us before enrolment. ABHT is a registered training organisation (RTO #31983) based in Mooloolaba, Queensland.

When you enrol in a course, your enrolment is also governed by the enrolment documentation you receive, our Student Handbook, our published Schedule of Fees, and our Refund Policy. If anything in those documents conflicts with these terms, the enrolment documentation applies to your training.

Our courses

ABHT delivers nationally recognised training approved by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Course content, units of competency, durations, delivery modes, venues, and intake dates published on this website are current at the time of publication but may change. Where a change materially affects enrolled students, we will tell you directly.

Course outcomes described on this site (such as career pathways) are general guidance only. Completing a qualification does not guarantee employment or a particular role.

Fees, funding, and refunds

Course fees are published in our Schedule of Fees, available on each course page. Government-subsidised prices depend on your personal eligibility under the relevant funding program, which we confirm with you before enrolment. Eligibility criteria are set by government, not by ABHT, and may change.

Payment plans, deposits, and refunds are handled in accordance with our published Refund Policy and the payment terms agreed at enrolment. Third-party direct debit terms (for example, Ezidebit) apply to payment plans.

Using this website

You may browse this site and use its forms for genuine enquiries and enrolment purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or submit false or misleading information through it.

Content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, belongs to ABHT or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site may link to external websites (for example, government funding pages or our job board). We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

Your information

Personal information you provide through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ABHT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant service.

Complaints and appeals
